POSTINO GOLF TOURNAMENT

At Contra Costa Oncology, we're all about driving cancer away and this summer, we were a proud sponsor of the Postino Golf Tournament at Oakhurst Country Club. All proceeds from the Tournament will benefit the American Cancer Society.

Our wonderful team was awarded again with an awesome Coffee Break by Diablo Valley’s Hometown Station 92.1 KKDV, starting the morning off right with Starbucks coffee and delicious bundt cakes from Nothing Bundt Cakes! Thank you to our CCO staff for all that you do!

Movember Kick-off Event "SHAVEN NOT STIRRED"

Contra Costa Oncology joined the Movember Movement to bring awareness to Men's Health. Supporters came decked out in their swankiest 60s attire to enjoy fab food, divine wine and a super-smooth shave, compliments of 18/8 in Lafayette. All proceeds benefited the Cancer Support Community.

Wine, Women & Shoes 2014

Who knew three little words would hold enough power to generate one of the fastest-growing event series in the country? Just mention "Wine Women & Shoes®", and you'll hear, "count me in!"

Inspired by the classic country ballad "Wine, Women and Song," this unique event, now in its tenth year, has helped net an astounding $20 million for various women's and family-related causes. Contra Costa Oncology was proud to be a sponsor of this year's event, raising funds for the Pleasant Hill Recreation and Park District.

 




Diablo Women 2014

Contra Costa Oncology was once again the Presenting Sponsor for Diablo Magazine's annual Diablo Women. The event raised over $7,000 for the Boys & Girls Club of the Diablo Valley.

Cha Cha for a Cure

Contra Costa Oncology presented Cha Cha for a Cure this Spring. The spicy and sassy evening at Havana included mojitos, Cuban bites and a cha cha lesson. All proceeds from the event benefited the Cancer Support Community.

You Skate. We Donate. They Can Fill a Plate.

Last holiday season, Contra Costa Oncology partnered with the Downtown Walnut Creek on Ice skating rink to help raise awareness for the Food Bank of Contra Costa and Solano. For every skating ticket that was collected at the rink, Contra Costa Oncology matched with a donation to the Food Bank, resulting in a $5,415 donation to the Food Bank!

Movember Stachin 2014 - "Beards, Brews and Bites"

Movember Stachin' is in fashion in November!  Contra Costa Oncology joined the Movember Movement to bring awareness to Men's Health. We grew a stache, encouraged the the men in our life to grow one, and helped raise funds for the Movement!
