From the moment patients and their families arrive at Contra Costa Oncology, our administrative staff is there to offer warm smiles and a comfortable atmosphere. They work collaboratively with our patients and medical staff to provide a variety of services including appointment scheduling, the processing of forms and records, referrals, and the coordination of insurance matters and financial responsibility. They also are available to research and arrange additional assistance programs that may be available to patients. Offering efficient, high-level support with kindness and respect, our administrative staff is dedicated to running a friendly, professional and well-organized office.
